These days, i feel that working life can be very complicated esp in mnc.
Indeed the working environment there is nice, provide employees with great welfare and benefits.
And the people there slack like nobody business.
Out of the 9 hours in office, they will be having 1 hour break each for their 9am breakfast,
12noon lunch and afternoon tea at 4 and then off they go on the dot.
However there will be lots of politics to handle.
So unless u are those management, with ur bosses not in the same office building with you,
if not it might be hard to survive.
You will constantly be bullied by your superior, scolding harsh words to you as if u're still a kid.
Trying to make u embarrassed in front of people in the whole dept.
Your working style have to suit your boss too.
It's even worse when ur boss have best friend from other dept trying to show u concern,
in the end, the person is behind backstabbing you.
i'm not sure is it my dept or everywhere is like that.
But i think i will need lots of time to adapt to these working society.
nvm, i have got another 3 more years for me to learn and hope luck is with me till then.
